We currently deliver to specific locations within a [20 km radius]
from our partner shops. Please check the availability of delivery to
your area by entering your address at checkout.
3. Delivery Timing

Orders will be delivered the same day, subject to availability.

Orders placed after the cutoff time may be delivered the next
business day.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. However, delays
may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic
conditions.
4. Delivery Charges

For every 1 km range, a delivery charge of ₹5 per km will be
applied.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on
your location.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive updates via
notification, including the estimated delivery time and tracking
details.
6. Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to
receive your order.

In case of failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or
the recipient’s unavailability, additional delivery charges may
apply.

Inspect the products upon delivery and report any issues to our
customer support team immediately.
7. Quality Assurance
All products are carefully packed to maintain freshness during
transit. We recommend refrigerating the products immediately upon
receipt.
8. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched,
cancellations are not allowed.
