"Platform": Refers to the Meatado mobile application and website.

"User": Includes any person accessing or using the Platform, such as customers, shop owners, and delivery personnel.

"Services": Includes the ordering, purchasing, and delivery of meat and seafood products offered via the Platform.

2. Eligibility

1. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
2. By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Responsibilities

1. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
2. Users must ensure that orders placed on the Platform are lawful and in compliance with local regulations.
3. Abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

4. Orders and Payments

1. All orders placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by Meatado or the partner shop.
2. Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Payments must be completed using the methods provided on the Platform. Meatado does not store payment card details; these are securely processed by third-party payment providers.

5. Delivery

1. Delivery services are provided within a specified geographic area, subject to availability.
2. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Users are required to provide accurate delivery addresses. Meatado is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect address information.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

1. Users may cancel their orders within the timeframes specified on the Platform.
2. Refunds for canceled orders or defective products are processed in accordance with Meatado’s Refund Policy.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

7. Quality Assurance

Meatado partners with verified shops to ensure the quality of products listed on the Platform. If a product is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, users must notify Meatado promptly to initiate a resolution.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Impersonating another individual or entity.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Interfering with the functionality or security of the Platform.
• Using the Platform to promote illegal activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Meatado or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Platform content without prior written consent from Meatado.

10. Privacy

User data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with Meatado’s Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Meatado is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Meatado’s liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction in question.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meatado, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or breach of these terms.

13. Termination

Meatado reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, users must immediately cease using the Platform.

14. Amendments

Meatado reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
